We treat a variety of conditions, without drugs or surgery and utilize a natural approach to allow the body to heal itself. Chiropractic adjustments have the advantage of reducing pain, decreasing medication and rapidly enhancing physical therapy. Learn more...>
Our clients seek massage therapy services to address a variety of issues, including neck and back pain, headaches, leg and foot pain, shoulder and arm pain, stress, insomnia, and general tension. We strive to maintain an environment in the clinic that is welcoming and comfortable.
Our programs are based on train, not strain philosophy. We believe a sensible exercise program should not be painful. Pain is the natural body's warning sign that it is being overstressed. Our exercise program follows a progressive format that is easy to follow, and is specifically designed to reach your goal as quickly and safely as possible.
Our patients receive a set of simple exercises they can perform at home. Some require the use of specialized equipment to isolate, strengthen and enhance the stability of the spine. This type of treatment allows a greater gap between treatments as the healing process is expedited. Some injuries, like car accidents, work, or sports injuries, may require a more intensive form of treatment.
